Commissioning Rules

• Please be respectful and kind. Any disrespect or hate will result in your commission not being accepted.
• A visual reference sheet is required when doing a retexture unless otherwise discussed. For any assets or clothing, a reference may be requested.
• If there is something not listed in the price list, feel free to ask about it.
• Anything that would be viewed as illegal or innapropriate will not be accepted.
• Any kind of gore will not be accepted.
• If the purchase of any assets are required to complete the commission, payment for the asset will be added to the total cost.
• Minor edits are possible during any stage of the commissioning process, however more complex edits will only be accepted before the work is moved into Unity, and will have to be discussed.
• WIPs will be sent at several stages of the commission. In the event of no respones, work will continue as deemed fit, and only minor edits will be possible after the work is moved into unity.
• Average turnaround is 1-2 buisness days, however this subject to change due to external circumstances or complex designs.
• Upon completion of the commission, a .unitypackage file will be sent containing all required and commissioned assets fully set up to be uploaded. These will be sent though Telegram, Google Drive, or Email. Any .blend files can be sent upon request at no charge, as well as textures. High quality pictures of the model in game can be requested for an extra charge.
• As the artist, I retain all rights to any textures, edits, assets, or files created for commisions, and I may use the commissioned work to advertise these services on all/any social medias. In the event that the commission is to be kept private, there will be a minor additional fee.
• Any commission can be rejected for any reason.

Payment & Refunds

• Commissions are done in the order they are paid for.
• Payment must be received before I will commence work on a commission. If any changes that require a price increase are demanded after inital payment, payment of additional work will be requested.
• All payment will be done through PayPal. Payment will be sent as a "Friends and Family" unless otherwise stated.
• Do not send payment at any point before asked, as this will cause problems and the payemnt will be returned.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. Payment in other currencies must be of an equivalent price.
• Lack of payment will result in the commission not being accepted. Partial payment must be discussed and will have to be paid in full before any work is sent.
• In the event of a cancelation or other similar event, a full refund will be provided unless work has been started on the commission. In the case that work has already been started, a partial refund may be discussed.
